A failure is confirmed from a second vantage before anyone is paged. Then Quietbeat preserves what it saw — the HTTP response, the DNS answers, the TLS state, the timing phases, which vantages disagreed — and reads it back as an assessment: what failed, how broad it is, and what could not be observed.
